Leaders Must Be Known For The “Right Stuff”

LEADERSHIP Series: The Leader’s Reputation – Got the Right Stuff?

Proverbs 22:1 (NIV) A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.

Discussion Guide
Based upon the questions asked by author A.W. Tozer

1. What do you want most – how does that drives you?

2. What we think about most – be honest here – what’s most often “top of mind” when doing business or during your workday?

3. How we use our money – who do you think about first when budgeting? Say you found a roll of $100 bills: what’s the first thought that pops into your head about how you would use that money?

4. What do you do with our leisure time – why?

5. Whose company do you enjoy most? What does that indicate to you?

6. Who and what do you admire? Really admire? Read what they write. Listen to them on the radio? Watch them on TV – etc.

7. What do you laugh at? What is your taste in humor? Do the folks at work know what kind of jokes and stories to which you will respond?
